How do you, in your right senses, walk to a hospital because a child has died, and close it when there are patients there queuing to be treated, others admitted and some on the way coming to the hospitals? I have never seen such an unreasonable behavior by a professional body. I think we also need to bring some law to streamline the management of these professional bodies, so that they can be responsive to the needs of people, and not act on the whims of their situations. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to congratulate Sen. Seneta for bringing this Bill. This Bill will go a long way in assisting counties and people in the country to realize universal health. I want to urge the national Government, committed as they say to their big Four Agenda, and health is one of them, that this is one way of actually achieving that goal. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
