    "content": "Persons with disabilities (PWDs) should be included among the members of the Board of Directors. This is because these are people who actually need medical services. Many times, you find that they are ignored or their needs are not met because of the lack of awareness. Madam Temporary Speaker, even in the KEMSA, there is need for sensitization regarding issues to do with PWDs. I will not shy away from saying that there is need for KEMSA to be sensitized. When children with disabilities go back to schools, you will sometimes find that they need medical attention, but their needs are not met. There is need for this issue to be incorporated. I strongly support the Amendments to this Bill and congratulate Sen. Seneta for coming up with such a noble Bill. Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker."
