    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to speak. I congratulate my brother, Sen. Sakaja, for proactively coming up with this matter. Madam Temporary Speaker, issues of performance in the public service are directly related to service delivery which means good performance. Good wages also means good performance. In fact, good terms of employment are also related to good performance. Therefore, if the Government wants to talk about the cost of performance, it should propose that there should be non-performance so that the wage is delivered."
