    "content": "I urge Members of the Senate Committee on Labour and Social Welfare to ensure that the Government is committed to motivating people who are employed so that they perform. The Government should look for more money and they should know where to get it. The idea of making the work environment bad for employees is an idea that is not in line with the Constitution. Therefore, Members of the Committee should ensure that the Government sticks to its lane, which is to ensure good performance and service delivery. Workers should not be subjugated and made to suffer."
