    "content": "There are proposals to have civil servants employed on contracts of three years. That is something I do not agree with as a legislator. They claim that the aim is to reduce the wage bill. There are people who are more than 60 years with more than three jobs. What are they doing? They need to be at home resting. It is funny that they still have jobs and they are being paid. We need to look into that."
