Pursuant to Standing Order No. 51(1)(b), Committee Chairpersons shall at least once in every three months, on such day as shall be assigned by the SBC, and at any other time if so required by the Speaker, make a Statement relating to the activities of the Committee. Standing Order No.51(2) further provides a framework of the Statement by Chairpersons. Consequently, below is the proposed schedule to facilitate the aforementioned."
