    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to say: “If it is true that Mr. Omondi died”? In his statement, he says: “It is worth noting that Mr. Omondi had earlier reported theft vide OB No.16/14/2011. The suspect appeared unwell and alleged that he had been beaten up by the members of the public”. This information is contained in the answer by the Assistant Minister. Is it in order for him to now say that “if it is true”, namely, if that is the position, they will take action? Could he not be in order to take action immediately because it is clear that the circumstances of this death are most foul?"
