    "content": "(b) the processing by automated or any other means of personal data which forms or is intended to form part of a filing system. (2) This Act shall not apply to the processing of personal data – (a) by or on behalf of a public body responsible for matters relating to national security the purpose of which is the prevention, detection, investigation or punishment of a crime; or (b) by a person in the course of a personal or household activity. (3) Despite the provisions of subsection (2)(a) and except where the security of the country, the life, safety or health of a person, or property is in imminent danger, a public body that intends to process personal data without the consent of the data subject shall make an application ex parte to a court for orders to process such data."
