    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT, Clause 8 of the Bill be amended by – (a) re-numbering the existing provision as sub-clause (1); (b) deleting the words “an agency” appearing at the beginning of the re-numbered sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor with the words “a data controller or data processor” (c) inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after the new sub-clause (1)- (2) Where the data subject is in control of the means of inputting or processing his or her personal data, it shall be the responsibility The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
