    "content": "(2) Where a data controller or data processor collects personal data under subsection (1) to be used for a different purpose from the one for which the personal data was first collected or where the circumstances of the data subject have changed, the data controller or data processor shall notify the data subject of the new use to which the personal data shall be put to. (3) A data controller or data processor shall notify a data subject that a waiver of his or her rights under this Act shall be construed as consent and authorization for the data controller or a data processor to collect the information."
