    "content": "(b) authorised by a law to which a data controller or data processor is subject and which lays down suitable measures to safeguard the data subject’s rights, freedoms and legitimate interests; or (c) based on the explicit consent of the data subject. (3) Where a data controller or data processor intends to make a decision based on automated processing and which produces a legal effect or significantly affects the data subject, the data subject shall have the right to – (a) be notified in writing before a decision is taken; (b) be provided with an explanation of the reason for and the consequences of the decision; and (c) raise an objection against a decision made under this section to the data controller or data processor for the protection of the data subject’s legitimate interests. (4) The data controller or data processor shall consider the issues under sub- section (3) (c) and notify the data subject of its findings and decision within seven days of receipt of the objection."
