    "content": "THAT, Clause 29 of the Bill be amended – (a) by re-numbering the existing clause as sub -clause (1); (b) in the new sub-clause (1) – (i) by deleting the words “An agency” appearing at the beginning of the sub-clause and substituting therefor the words “A data controller or data processor ”; (ii) in paragraph (a) by deleting the words “or any other person having authority to make decisions on behalf” appearing immediately after the words “parent or guardian”; (iii) by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph – (d) in the best interest of the child. (c) by inserting the following new sub -clause immediately after the new sub-clause (1) – (2) A data controller or data processor shall adopt appropriate measures for age verification and the giving of consent for processing of personal data."
