(1) A data controller or data processor shall, for the purposes of this Part, adopt appropriate measures to ensure that the data subject is not identifiable including anonymising or pseudonymising the data used for statistical or research purposes. (2) The Cabinet Secretary in consultation with Commission may provide additional guidelines on protection of special personal data."
