It is worrying to think that we have so many stalled projects or what we call white elephants. Last night, I thought about this Motion. In this country, there are two types of elephants. The living and breathing elephants that we articulated on human-wildlife conflict and the white elephants that dot our country. The latter is a disturbing one."
