    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. First, allow me, as the Chairperson of the Committee on Education, to welcome the teachers and pupils seated in the Gallery. I would like to tell them that once upon a time, we were seated like them. However, we worked hard in school and most of us were disciplined. That is why we are here today. I wish them the best in school. I ask them to work hard, respect their teachers and be disciplined. I assure them that, one time, they will be in this House."
