    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, part of the reasons I have raised these questions is because we had a similar incident last year and this year. I wonder whether our police officers receive intelligence for them to be aware of their surroundings. There was an IED explosion last year that killed police officers. A similar incident happened this year in the same way. Did we not learn anything from the incident last year? I thought that we have security intelligence to ensure that people learn from previous experiences."
