    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to congratulate Sen. Farhiya for her Statement and I also want ride on it. In answering the issues raised by Sen. Farhiya, the Committee should tell this House and the country, the number of uniformed men and women, in all armed formations, who have perished in the hands of terrorists, particularly in northern Kenya. They should also tell us what the Government has done to support the families of the deceased soldiers because most of them had young families. They should also tell us the measures undertaken by the Government to protect the soldiers. One would expect the armed men, who are working in dangerous areas such as Mandera, to be given armoured vehicles and gears. One would also expect them to have better weapons as compared to those of the terrorists. What measures have been taken?"
