    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as Chair of the Committee, I have to give an undertaking of what I will do. The question has been sought. Our Committee has dealt with these matters before and we know the limits to which we can go. It will also be very insincere of me to tell this House and Kenyans that I am going to bring a list of Kenyans killed by Al Shabaab ; that we will not do. If Members of my Committee are uncomfortable, then we will bring it. We must remain patriotic to this country. The questions asked in the Statement as approved by your office will be answered. I was talking about the riding Statements which cannot be brought before any parliament in the world by a country that is at war."
