    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. If it is true what I am hearing, that the distinguished Senator for Nairobi City County said on the Floor of this House, it is a terrible outrage. This House can deal with anything and everything concerning our country and the people of this country. The only exception that any Member or Chairperson of a Committee can request you – only if you find it plausible, sensible and reasonable – is to ask that answers be given in camera. However, anybody who shies away from answering questions on a misconceived idea of security and confidentiality is an affront to the Constitution. I urge this House that we are completely unfettered in doing our work. The moment we start censoring ourselves and looking over our shoulders before we speak, then that is the end of this House. I encourage the chairpersons of committees that when we ask for the numbers of the dead--- The United States of America (USA) tried with Vietnam and failed. They tried in Afghanistan and failed.
