    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I take this opportunity to thank the Senator for Marsabit for this Statement. I enjoin him and seek that the Committee should look at these issues. I believe that there are many airstrips in many counties that are still abandoned. The Committee can also look at other abandoned airstrips in the country and make appropriate recommendations. Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have Mwea Airstrip, which I heard the other day that its land is being grabbed and people are constructing homes in the airstrips. Therefore, I seek that when the Committee embarks on this, they try to map out other airstrips that have been abandoned."
