    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I join in the Statement by the Senator for Marsabit. Most of these are security airstrips and there is a budget for them. We also have a budget for security roads. It is important for the Government to understand that this saves lives. Therefore, the Committee should consider the need to map and check on the airstrips which are good for all of us in each county. There are some which have been neglected in every county. For example, in West Pokot, Kapenguria and Turkwel, security airstrips are not functional. So, let us include all the security airstrips and we will be okay with the way we coordinate them."
