    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I apologise for coming up with a point of order at this point. There is an assertion that was made by Sen. Mwaruma that should not go unchallenged. Sen. Mwaruma complained that certain committees summon Cabinet Secretaries (CSs) and others do not. He said he brought a petition about cattle herders in his county. He has failed to acknowledge the fact that I personally, together with some Members of my Committee, went all the way to Taita-Taveta County. We visited Wundanyi and Sagala to listen to the issues after which the Senator said he was satisfied."
