    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, with all due respect to Members, we have a standard practice in this House and the procedures must be followed. If our brother from Taita-Taveta County is not satisfied with the answers given, there are laid down procedures in our Standing Orders. He can also approach the Committee and tell the Members that he is not satisfied with the answers and ask them to follow up on his behalf. It is wrong to prosecute the same Petition again on the Floor of the House."
