    "content": "One area that we have invested heavily is in the ICT. It is important that all the civil servants, particularly at the managerial level, be ICT compliant. I hope that there will be a robust and clear programme put in place, so that we enhance the way of doing our business. For instance, the human resource information management systems have been adopted to ease the way we compute pension benefits in the Civil Service."
