It is directed to the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Irrigation: (i) whether he is aware that the construction of Kiringwa Irrigation Project in Tigania, Meru County has stalled since 2016; and, (ii) what measures the Ministry is putting in place to ensure that the said project is completed on time and when this will be done. Thank you."
