    "content": "Finally, there was a time this country had adopted the policy of removing certain vehicles from our roads. I know Kenyans like to own cars and I know it is good for us to drive, but I would like to see a situation where something happens that is closer to those countries that sell vehicles to us. They sell vehicles to us as second hand vehicles because they are not road worthy. If it has stayed for more than five years on the road, that vehicle is removed from the road. I am not trying to say that Kenyans should remove all the vehicles from the road, but we should have designated roads for designated age of vehicles if we do not look at the extent to which the vehicles pollute the air."
