"content": "There is this misconception that it is only motorists who are supposed to know about road safety. Everybody, even pedestrians, needs to know about road safety. It is not surprising that majority of Kenyans do not know our road usage rules and regulations and yet it is presumed that ignorance of law is no defence. You have seen a situation where you are just driving and someone suddenly crosses in front of you and you wonder where they are coming from.
