    "content": "This Motion has come at the right time. It needs to be supported by all. It is good for our country so that everybody is taught about road safety. When it comes to the cost of implementing the Motion, it is almost nil because already the infrastructure is available. It is just an issue of developing the curriculum since teachers are already there. Additional teachers can also be trained so that they can teach students. So, the cost implication for implementation could be almost nil and yet it would be great in terms of its effect on Kenyans. We can save a lot of money that is lost when accidents occur."
