    "content": "Finally, this Motion is very crucial, important and timely particularly for our students and the country in general. One Member alluded to the fact that we always make crucial decisions that could transform the country to the next level, but they remain in the House. We always fail at the implementation stage. There are crucial decisions the House arrives at and makes recommendations, but they are not implemented. So, we urge the Committee on Implementation to pick up this Motion because it can be implemented immediately so that it is used across all schools. It is an important, easy and straightforward Motion. I thank the Mover of the Motion. I support him just like the Members who have stood here today because we believe there should be safety on our roads. Thank you very much."
