    "content": "We have people who have been involved in accidents and have been maimed for life. We know the cost of medical bills, not just for the individuals involved, but also for the Government as a whole. There are many accident victims in public hospitals at a high cost. The development of the new curriculum should be implemented for us to derive some benefits from it."
