    "content": "Last week alone in Nyamira County, we lost three students to road carnage because for them, putting on helmets while riding on a motorbike is for the police and that is the perception across the board. That we put on a safety belt because policemen will stop the vehicle. We will put on helmets and reflectors because policemen will stop us. People do not do these things for their own safety. That cannot only be taken serious when it is introduced in the education sector as part of a curriculum and as part of an examinable subject… As you all know, examination in this country is taken very seriously. People take time to study about education and whatever one learns at the lower level, be it primary or secondary schools can hardly get off your head. That is why I still remember the head, thorax and abdomen I learnt in class six."
