    "content": "The Question will be responded to before the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing. Hon. Members, that concludes that stage of consideration of business. Before we move to the next Order, allow me to recognise the presence, in the Public Gallery, of students and pupils from the following institutions: Etono SDA Primary School from North Mugirango Constituency, Nyamira County; Fountain Gate Preparatory School from Kanduyi Constituency, Bungoma County; Riomego Boarding Primary School from North Mugirango Constituency, Nyamira County; and Cheptuiyet Hill View Primary School from Sigowet/Soin Constituency, Kericho County. They are all welcome to observe proceedings in the House. Hon. Members, before we proceed to the next Order, allow me to give this guidance. As you are aware, the House is now proceeding to consider the Estimates for Financial Year 2019/2020 in the Committee of Supply, to supply resources to the various Votes in State Ministries, Departments, Agencies, Constitutional Commissions and Independent Offices."
