    "content": "We want to make progress, and as you know, even your own Standing Orders say that a sitting of the Committee of Supply must not be in excess of three hours. So, it is important that we make progress with regard to proceeding into Committee of Supply. It is also important for the House to know that you are required to have completed the process of supply before the 26th of this month which is Wednesday, next week. You have also to pass the Appropriations Bill 2019/2020 on the 26th day of this month, which is Wednesday, next week. Hon. Members, when we get to this point, I would encourage you to look through your Standing Orders, particularly Nos. 239 all through to 244, if you are looking through some of the old Standing Orders."
