    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. This is with regard to a ruling on what will be discussed in the Committee of Supply. The Chair has already mentioned part of what we had requested as the Departmental Committee on Health and there were two amendments; one from a Member and another from the Committee. The reason he has given for what the Committee requested is not very clear. Therefore, if it will not be discussed I want to request reconsideration of what the Committee had recommended."
