    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Chairman. I support the amendment but I want to make the following observations. Technical and Vocational Education and Training Institutes (TVETs) are very important in this country. We need to see fair distribution in terms of regional balance. We need to make sure that constituencies get these TVETs in a fair manner. So far, it looks like there is a biased way of distributing them and yet this is public money. There should be fairness."
