    "content": " Hon. Chairman, I also rise to support the amendment. There are TVETs that were started a long time ago to which the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) contributed Kshs10 million. However, the manner in which the Ministry is supervising and monitoring TVETs is quite wanting. We want them to go a notch higher and ensure that proper implementation of TVETs is done. I strongly believe that funds have been allocated to stalled projects. The Chair of the Departmental Committee on Education and Research should move fast and ensure that those projects are completed."
