    "content": " Thank you Hon. Chairman for giving me this opportunity to add my voice to this. With a lot of respect to my good friend Chairman Melly, I oppose the amendment. We are in need of TVETs. We are yet to achieve the 290 in number as per the constituencies, and yet we have many young people who never qualified to go to universities and we have nowhere to take them. So, the Chair should look for funds from elsewhere and not from TVETs."
