    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Chairman. I am not entirely convinced about this amendment. The Chairman will have to explain to us why he wants to take money from TVETs to sponsor students in private universities. Technical and vocational education is an area that we must look at very carefully as a country. Countries like Switzerland or Pakistan have expertise in technical experience either in spinning carpets or making Swiss clocks.
