Therefore, there is already a reduction from Kshs22 billion to Kshs18 billion. I do not know if you get it, Hon. Melly. You cannot be on the Kshs22 billion because it is not there. That money has already been reduced. That has been resolved by the House. So, we should be looking at where to get the Kshs500 million."
