So, the figure which Hon. Melly is proceeding on does not exist. It has been reduced. So, where we should be starting from is Kshs18,230,102,734. What Hon. Melly should be telling us is where he intends to get that money. From which figure are we getting the money from? That is where the issue is now. There are few choices.
