"content": " Hon. Chairman, thank you for giving me this opportunity. On this issue about infrastructure for secondary schools, I would like to also support my colleague Hon. (Dr.) Oundo. This issue should be looked into very seriously. Some of our constituencies never received the infrastructure funds. So, when it comes to supporting the 100 per cent transition, we were meant to understand that the infrastructure funds were to come in to assist. The funds were to support the building of classrooms, laboratories and extra streams."
