"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. Forgive my brother for mistaking your gender. I stand to support my brothers from Tharaka Nithi County. When you hear of Tharaka Nithi County or Meru County, you think that you are in Canaan. Tharaka Nithi is worse than Lamu County which you are talking about. More so, they have a new headquarters at Kathwana which started from scratch and, to date, they are still putting it up. Why do we give monies to some counties while others are left without money to complete their headquarters? I know that Meru County was given peanuts and has not done much with that money. So, let us rationalise those funds. Once we get this money, we should get it across the board so that some counties do not feel marginalised."
