    "content": " I thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. On behalf of the Committee, I want to support this amendment. I want to plead with the Members of the Committee to join the Budget and Appropriations Committee which proposed the amendment. The reason of the amendment is to rationalise the money that is going to build county headquarters. There are counties which were not even district headquarters. They did not have a small structure where the governor’s office would be. The counties which have been mentioned were considered.
