Chairman, as much as I support Vote 1107, I want to remind the Chair that there are areas that are in extremely difficult situation where schools were closed due to lack of water. In the same area that I am talking about, the lives or livelihood of the population are in a very difficult situation. The mortality rate of livestock is very high. I can confirm that three schools were closed in my constituency due to lack of water. The priority ranking at the departmental level is not coming out clearly. I want the area to be given unique and special consideration such that we can read from the same script and allow children to access schools. It is painful that in some parts of this country, children cannot access schools due to lack of water."
