We hope the departmental committee responsible, when having a discussion with the relevant Ministry will try to ensure there is equitable distribution of national Government projects to ensure that every area is covered. I am aware that the Ministry of Water and Sanitation has a big problem in implementing projects. There is a litany of stalled projects. Do they have the capacity, if I may ask, to absorb the development float or budget for the Financial Year 2019/2020? Thank you."
