    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support the allocation to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, but I have some reservations because Baringo Central is one of the areas where we have a lot of forestry cover. The Ministry of Environment and Forestry has not done enough. People are destroying our forests because of lack of personnel. This is one area I want the Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee to come out clearly. In my constituency, forest cover is being destroyed every day. I have even been requested by my people to start employing people yet I do not have any money. So, I want the Chairman of this Committee to come out clearly and tell us what they are doing to increase the number of personnel."
