    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, allow me to rise on a point of order and just remind my colleagues, who are generally doing very well, that we are in a Committee of Supply. When we are in such a Motion, usually the comments are limited because Parliament has oversight committees that look into the details and administrative issues of the departments that we are currently appropriating money to. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, will I be in order - given the fact that we have timelines on the Motion that we already have on the Committee of Supply for three allotted days, and given the fact that if all Members were to comment elaborately on each Vote, it may easily go beyond the period that is allocated - to ask that we limit ourselves in terms of what Members comment on each Vote?"
