    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. We are now starting the Second allotted Day. As good practice, there are Chairs for the different departmental committees. We are considering the Budget, and like Hon. Kioni said, we will not wait for those chairs to just flock into the House. We have to do what we need to do. It would be necessary for the chairs to be here in future as we raise pertinent issues as Members have done hitherto."
