    "content": " Hon. Washiali, if you look at your Standing Order No.237, you will see the definition of an alloted day there. It says that: “For the purposes of this part, a day shall be deemed to consist of any period of not more than three hours prior to 1 p.m., or of not more than three hours between 2.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. or not more than three hours after 7.30 p.m.” We have run one day and we are going to start the second one. As per the definition, we are in the 2nd Alloted Day."
