    "content": " In view of the comments my colleagues have made in respect of the presence of chairpersons of various committees in the House, I just want to get an assurance from the Majority Whip that the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Energy is present or if he is not present, he has delegated him to take brief on his behalf. This is considering the great importance this sector has as an enabler of the Big Four Agenda. This is the agenda for the welfare of the people of Kenya.
